Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Innocr8 Smart Marketing Solutions, we offer both digital services and optional print and delivery solutions for our clients. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how shipping and delivery work with our agency:
- Invoice & Shipping Charges
Every confirmed order/project will be followed by a detailed invoice.
Shipping charges are extra for both national and international deliveries.
If we are providing printed materials or physical goods, printing and shipping charges will be billed separately from the design and service costs.
- Delivery for Printed Items
Printed products (such as business cards, flyers, brochures, packaging, etc.) can be delivered nationally and internationally upon request.
Delivery time may vary based on:
Location (India or Abroad)
Quantity and type of printing
Courier partner timelines
We only dispatch printed items once the full payment (including printing & shipping) has been cleared.
- Delivery for Digital Assets
For digital assets like logos, designs, marketing creatives, websites, etc., there are no shipping charges.
Final files will be delivered via:
Google Drive or Dropbox links
Project management tools (as discussed during onboarding)
- Delivery Timelines
Timelines for delivery (both digital and physical) will be discussed at the project’s start and documented clearly.
Innocr8 is not responsible for courier delays once dispatched.
You’ll be notified with tracking details (if applicable) for all shipped items.
- Combined Orders
If your project includes both digital design and physical prints, the digital assets will be delivered first, followed by print and shipping as per the discussed schedule and payment clearance.
- Taxes & Custom Duties
Any applicable GST, customs duties, or import taxes for international shipments will be borne by the client.
- Acknowledgment
By choosing our printing and shipping services, you acknowledge and accept this Shipping & Delivery Policy. For digital-only services, you are exempt from any shipping-related fees.
