Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Innocr8 Smart Marketing Solutions, we strive to deliver the highest quality services and full client satisfaction. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making any purchase or project commitment with us.
- Cancellation Policy
Once a project has been initiated, no cancellations will be accepted.
If we started working on your project, then no cancellation accepted. And no refund of advance payment 50%.
If the client wishes to cancel before any work has begun, cancellation may be possible, but the decision lies solely with Innocr8’s management team.
- Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided once the project has commenced.
The initial advance amount of 50% is non-refundable under any circumstances once we begin working.
In rare cases where a refund is approved (only if work hasn’t started), processing charges and service taxes may be deducted.
- Revision Policy
We offer 2 FREE revisions to ensure you’re fully satisfied with our work.
Any additional revisions beyond the included two will be charged at ₹99/- per revision.
Revision requests must be aligned with the original scope of the project. Major changes or complete redesigns will be treated as a new service request.
- Delays & Inactivity
If the client remains unresponsive for more than 15 days, the project will be marked as inactive and may be terminated without refund.
Re-initiation of the project will be considered a fresh service and may require additional charges.
- Exceptional Situations
Innocr8 reserves the right to cancel a project in rare cases (e.g., abusive behavior, miscommunication, or breach of agreement). In such cases, a partial refund may be issued depending on work progress.
Force Majeure: In events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), project timelines or refunds may be affected.
